UseCalcForge is a small, independently run site. Every message goes to a person, not a ticket queue, and we read all of them. Whether you have found a number that looks wrong, want a calculator we do not have yet, or need to ask about how we handle data, this is the right place.

What to include
If a calculator gave you a result you think is wrong, the single most useful thing you can send is the exact numbers you typed in, along with the name of the calculator and the answer you expected. That lets us reproduce the problem in a minute rather than guessing.
If you are suggesting a new calculator, tell us what you were trying to work out and how you do it today. We build tools around real problems, so the context matters more than the feature request.
Before you write
“The result does not match my bank / payroll / accountant.”
This is the most common message we get, and usually both numbers are right. Lenders round at different points in the calculation, payroll systems apply allowances our tools do not know about, and tax figures depend on your full circumstances. Our calculators are estimates for planning. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and we say so on the pages where it matters.
“Where does my data go?”
Nothing you enter is stored. Some calculators run entirely in your browser; others send your inputs to our server, compute the answer and discard them without logging. Because those inputs do leave your device, avoid pasting live credentials or secrets into the developer tools. This contact form necessarily sends what you write so we can reply. “Can I use your calculators on my site?”
You are welcome to link to any page here, and no permission is needed for that. Copying a tool or its written explanations onto another site is not permitted — see our terms of use. If you want to embed something, write to us and say what you have in mind.
“I found a mistake in an article.”
Please tell us. We correct errors rather than quietly deleting pages, and if a correction changes the substance of a piece we note it on the article itself. Include the page address and what you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one.
