The tools provided on UseCalcForge are for informational, estimation, and professional reference purposes only. While we achieve 99.9% accuracy relative to industry benchmarks—including NIST, ISO, and ASTM standards—we provide the following transparency:
- Industrial Verification: Outputs should always be cross-verified for high-stakes engineering, aerospace, or industrial projects.
- Dynamic Manufacturing: KDP royalty and spine estimates are based on current 2025 manufacturing constants which are subject to provider change without prior notice.
- No Liability: UseCalcForge is not responsible for manufacturing errors, financial losses, data leaks, or technical failures resulting from the use of our calculations.
3. Usage Restrictions & Safety
To maintain site integrity and ensure a high-performance environment for all craftsmen, you agree to the following 'Forge Safety' restrictions:
You may not use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest data or bulk-execute calculations from our tools.
Reverse engineering of our proprietary V8-isolated calculation logic is strictly prohibited to maintain the security of our forge.
4. Intellectual Property
The "UseCalcForge" name, brand elements, custom interface designs, and unique tool implementations are the exclusive intellectual property of UseCalcForge. However, in our spirit of 'Project Sovereignty,' users retain full ownership of any data processed, calculated, or validated using our tools. We claim no right over the strings, schemas, or book configurations you process in our workshop.
Craftsman Acceptance
By utilizing the UseCalcForge instruments, you accept full technical responsibility for the results generated and their application in your personal or commercial projects.
